Overview
Numorix provides free calculators for educational and informational purposes. We collect minimal data and do not sell personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Calculator inputs: All calculations run entirely in your browser. Your inputs (numbers, selections, preferences) are processed locally and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Contact messages: If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit so we can review and respond to your request.
Analytics data: If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymized information about how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, time on page, device type, browser, approximate geographic region (country/city level), and referral source. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Server logs: Our hosting infrastructure may log standard HTTP request data (IP address, user agent, request path, response code) for operational purposes such as security monitoring and debugging. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for tracking or profiling.
Cookies
Essential browser storage: We use a small local browser-storage entry to remember your cookie consent choice. It is used only to remember that choice and does not require consent.
Analytics cookies: If you consent, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage data. You can revoke consent at any time with the Cookie Settings control in the footer or through your browser settings.
Advertising cookies: If we later implement advertising, we will request appropriate consent before setting any advertising-related cookies.
How we use data
We use collected data only for:

Google Analytics: Operated by Google LLC. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Data may be processed in the United States. We enable IP anonymization where available.
Hosting: Our site is hosted on infrastructure that processes HTTP requests to deliver pages. Standard request logs may include your IP address.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Data retention
Analytics data is retained for 26 months in aggregate form. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Calculator inputs are never stored on our servers.
Children's privacy
Numorix does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our site is not directed at children and does not require account creation.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
